D18由爬行机器、主控制器、和电缆盘三部分组成。其中爬行机器包括爬行器和摄像头,摄像头固定装载于爬行器之上与之为一体。爬行机器通过电缆盘与主控制器连接后,受制于主控制器的操作命令,如:爬行机器的前进、后退、转向、停止、速度调节;镜头座的升高、下降、灯光调节;镜头的水平或竖直旋转、调焦变倍等。在检测过程中,主控制器可以实时显示、录制摄像镜头传回的画面以及爬行器的状态信息,并可通过键盘录入备注信息。便于操作和储存回放分析。
D18CCTV crawling machines, the main controller, and a cable reel is composed of three parts. Crawling machines including the crawlers and camera, camera fixed mounted on crawler and it as a whole. After crawling machines via cable and main controller is connected, subject to the commands of the master controller, such as crawling machines can move forward, backward, turn, stop, adjustment of the rise and decline of the lens mount, light regulation; the horizontal or vertical rotating, focusing zoom lens. During the detection process, the host controller in real time display, recording, camera status information back to the screen and crawl, and keyboard input note information. Wheel: two groups of wheels are equipped (130mm basic wheels/215mm widen off-road wheel). The wheels are easy for assembling. only one screw is required to be adjusted. If the diameter of the targeted pipeline has changed, what we have to do is to change wheels of different specifications to regulate the height and width of the crawl device. The whole process is quick and convenient.
底 盘：底盘镂空设计，大大增强了爬行器爬越障碍物的能力；
Chassis: the chassis is in a pierced structure, thus its ability of climbing the barriers has increased greatly.
升 降 架：遥控电动升降架增加高度可达166mm，本升降架适用于不同管径管
径变大或变小时，均无需更换此升降架；
Lifting platform: the increased height of the lifting platfrom can reach 166mm with a remote control. This lifting platform is well suited for all pipelines of different diameters. There is no need to replace the lifting platform once the diameter get bigger or smaller. 工作温度：-20℃~50℃；

Protection device:two fender guards are equipped both in the front and back. The front fender is to protect the camera from collision, while the back one is to protect the motor from any impact when the crawl device is retreating.
安全挂环：一头固定在线缆上，另一头挂在保险杆上。起到线缆抗拉，防止
线缆和爬行器脱离的作用；
Safety suspension loop: a head is fixed to the cable and the other head on the fender. It is used to prevent the breakaway between the cable and the crawl device.

控制单元：两个多功能操作手柄，可控制爬行器的行进后退、速度调节，镜头座调节、灯光调节，镜头旋转、调焦、变倍。自带SD卡录像储存、回放删除等功能，所有接口、开关、散热风扇都安装在控制面板上，不用时控制器完全处于密封状态；
Control unit:there are two multifunction operating handles to control the movements of the crawl device, adjust the moving speed, the camera seat and the light as well as the rotation, focusing and zoom of the lens. A SD card is equipped for video storage, playback and removing functions. All interfaces, switches and cooling fans are installed on the control panel, which is totally sealed up if it is not used.

Cable coil: the cable coil is manufactured in the original factory. It has a high mechanical strength and stability, which is used to control the electric assemly of the cable scroll system.
排 线：带有电缆缠绕导向装置，保证牵线电缆在收放过程中有序
排列；电动自动化同步系统，电缆卷轴与牵引爬行器之间
同步运行；排列器设置在电缆上方，阻止淤泥堆积；
Wiring: it is equipped with a cable twine guiding device to ensure an orderly arrangement of the cables. The automatic synchronizing system will guarantee the synchronous operation of the cable scroll and the crawl device. The arrangement device is set above the cable to prevent the sludge from stacking.
